Peach Raiders
Barrel-aged fruited sour beer
A beer that started its life as a blonde base beer. It spent over 9 months in red wine barrels developing a firm but very clean acidity. We then let it re-ferment with peaches to give it a beautiful color and aroma of peaches. Bottle conditioned and packaged in green bottles to give this beer a final touch.

Malts: Pilsner, wheat and rye
Hops: Hallertauer M
Yeast & Bacteria: A mix of Belgian yeast and Brettanomyces and our own sour culture.

Entangled IPA
Mixed fermentation Farmhouse IPA
Fermented with a mix of farmhouse yeast and Brettanomyces, dry-hopped to give it a pleasant fruity/tropical/lemony aroma, well-rounded bitterness, and just a hint of bretty funk to finish it off. Bone dry as a farmhouse beer should be.

Malts: Pilsner, wheat and rye
Hops: Hallertauer M, Hallertau Blanc, Motueka
Yeast & Bacteria: A mix of Belgian yeast and Brettanomyces

Edge of Time
100% Brett fermented Farmhouse Ale
Although it's only 4.5% ABV, this beer comes with a lot of flavors. Wheat and oats provide a nice backbone for the classic hops used in this beer. Fermented only with Brettanomyces which gives the beer a big nice aroma and a delicate finish. Bottle conditioned.

A beer with a beautiful rust color. Loads of  Brettanomyces and Saison characteristics in both flavor and aroma.

About Our Bottles

Yeast Sediment

When looking at a bottle of our beer you may notice a thin milky layer along the bottom. This is simply yeast sediment settling out from bottle conditioning and is perfectly harmless. If a bottle is poured into a glass one may notice tiny particles floating around. This is due to the sediment being mixed up and is now in suspension in the glass. While it is fine to drink if one would prefer not to have this yeast in their glass, leaving a small amount of beer in the bottle when pouring to help prevent any yeast from entering your glass.

Bottle Conditioning

The process of adding sugar and yeast at the time of bottling to naturally carbonate the beer.
