The beginning
Saturday, September 24, 2016VildaEvery journey has to start somewhere. So does this journey to open a farmhouse style brewery and today we took our first baby steps. We picked up the first two wine barrels that will be used to age our first batch of beer.

Over time we will post more updates and photos of the brewday, filling the barrels, aging process, tastings and as much details as we can about opening a small farmhouse style brewery.
